Terms of Use
The simple rules that keep classes safe, fair and fun for every family.

These Terms of Use explain how our classes work, what we promise you, and what we ask of you and your kid. They apply when you use this website, book a free demo class, or join any RoboticSchools course. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we look after your family's information.
The short version
- Classes are live and 1-on-1, online or at our Bengaluru centre, and each one lasts 1 hour.
- Fees are paid monthly, after the classes, by BenePay or UPI. Fees already paid are not refunded.
- A parent or guardian is always part of the conversation: we talk to kids only in a WhatsApp group that includes you.
- We record a class only if you ask us to.
- If something goes wrong, we talk to you first and give a warning.
The rest of this page gives the full details.
1. About these terms
The website and classes are run by RoboticSchools Pvt Ltd ("RoboticSchools", "we", "us"), based in Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. When you book a demo or enrol your kid, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of your kid. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or classes.
Our classes are for kids aged 5 to 18, but these terms are for the adult who signs them up: a parent, a legal guardian, or another adult who is legally allowed to act for the kid.
2. Our classes
- Live and 1-on-1: every class is taught live by a trainer, with your kid as the only student.
- 1 hour each: each class lasts about an hour. The number of classes depends on the course.
- Online or in person: your kid can join online from anywhere, or come to our centre in Bellandur, Bengaluru.
- Free demo class: the first class is free, with nothing to pay and no commitment. It helps the trainer understand your kid's level and suggest the right course.
- What you need: a laptop or desktop with a working internet connection for online classes, and, for some courses, a kit or board, as shown on that course's page.
- Changes: course content may be updated as technology changes or to suit your kid's pace. We will tell you about any change that affects you.
3. What we ask of parents and guardians
- Give us correct details when you book and enrol, and tell us if they change.
- Make sure your kid is ready and online on time, with the device and materials the class needs.
- For younger kids, stay nearby during online classes, especially in the first few sessions.
- Keep any login details for your kid's learning dashboard private, and do not share them with others.
- Talk to us early if anything about a class, a trainer or your kid's progress worries you.
4. Keeping kids safe
Your kid's safety comes first in every class and every message.
- One family group: for each kid we set up a WhatsApp group that includes the parent or guardian, the kid and the trainer. Class updates and messages go through this group, so a parent can always see what is said.
- No private chats: trainers do not message or call a kid privately outside that group, and do not ask kids to move to other apps or accounts.
- Personal details stay private: trainers and kids should not share home addresses, photos or other personal details beyond what the class needs.
- Speak up: if anything a trainer or anyone else says or does makes you or your kid uncomfortable, tell us straight away (see section 14). We take every concern seriously and, where the law requires, we inform the right authorities.
5. Our trainers
All our trainers are permanent employees of RoboticSchools, not freelancers. They teach to our curriculum and follow these terms, and we are responsible for how they run our classes.
6. Behaviour in class
To keep classes friendly and focused, we ask every kid, parent and trainer to:
- be kind and respectful, and never bully, insult or threaten anyone;
- keep to the class topic and avoid sharing anything unsafe or unsuitable for kids;
- not share class links, meeting codes or group invites with anyone else;
- not record, photograph or share a class without our permission (see section 7);
- take care of any kit or equipment used in class.
7. Class recordings
- We do not record classes by default. We record a class only if the parent or guardian asks us to.
- A recording is shared only with your family, to help your kid revise or catch up.
- We never use a recording publicly, for example on our website or social media, without your written permission.
- You can ask us to stop recording, or to delete a recording, at any time.
8. Fees and payments
- Monthly: fees are charged month by month. There is no large amount to pay upfront, and the free demo class costs nothing.
- Postpaid: you pay after the classes. At the end of each month we share the fee for the classes your kid has taken.
- How to pay: by BenePay or UPI. We do not take card details on this website.
- On time, please: fees are due when we share them. If a payment is late, we will remind you before the next classes are scheduled.
- Fees for each course are shared with you on WhatsApp, and may change from time to time. Any change applies only from the next month, after we have told you.
9. No refunds
Because fees are postpaid, you only ever pay for classes your kid has already taken. For that reason, fees that have been paid are not refundable. If a class is missed or something did not go as expected, please tell us and we will do our best to put it right, for example by arranging another session.
10. Fair use and fraud
We keep our classes and payments safe for everyone. Please do not:
- book demos or classes using someone else's details or false information;
- pay with a payment method or account you are not allowed to use;
- book repeated free demo classes for the same kid under different names or numbers;
- share your kid's classes or materials with people who are not enrolled.
We may check payments and bookings that look unusual, and ask you to confirm details before classes go ahead.
11. If the rules are broken
If a kid, parent or anyone else in a class breaks these terms, we will contact the parent or guardian, explain what happened and give a warning. Most issues are sorted out with a simple conversation. Safety concerns are always handled as described in section 4.
12. Our content and your kid's work
- Your kid's projects belong to your kid. We share a project publicly only with your written permission, and with your kid's first name only.
- Our lessons are ours: our lesson plans, worksheets, videos and other materials are for your kid's own learning. Please do not copy, sell or share them.
- This website: please do not copy its content in bulk, try to break into it, or send automated or false bookings through its forms.
13. Our responsibility
We take great care with every class, but some things are outside our control, such as internet or power cuts, or problems with your device or third-party apps like WhatsApp. We are not responsible for losses caused by those. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the law.
14. Contact and grievances
For any question about these terms, or to raise a concern or grievance, contact our grievance officer:
- Dinesh K, Grievance Officer, RoboticSchools Pvt Ltd, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- WhatsApp or phone: +91 93984 71613
We will acknowledge your message and work with you to resolve it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when our classes or the law change. The latest version is always on this page, and we will let you know about important changes, for example by WhatsApp.
